“We stress-tested the ElectricFish… Baking under the Mojave Desert sun for five days, it delivered 1,119 kWh over 37 sessions… and through all our use the unit was unfazed by ambient temperatures that flirted with triple digits.”
SUV of the Year 2026 Evaluations
“ElectricFish’s DC fast charger doesn’t need costly grid upgrades. Despite that, it can still deliver up to 400 kW. That’s because it doesn’t need costly grid upgrades — and the secret lies inside the box.”

“Into this scenario jumps ElectricFish with an economical EV charging station solution that works around grid bottlenecks, with a particular focus on enabling traditional gas stations to incorporate EV charging into their business model.”

“The stall is an all-in-one solution that doesn’t need a separate power distribution cabinet, as is the case with most conventional stalls.”

“Some of these things are guaranteed to make the EV driver happy… they’re going to set these up at thousands of gas stations… they charge a lot faster than chargers out there…This is the kind of thing that EV drivers and potential EV drivers are waiting for.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Why only 20 locations?

The NEVI grant program requires us to submit a specific number of committed sites per application round. For this California submission, we’re limited to 20 locations. Once we have 20 commitments, we must close applications for this round.

The National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program is a federal initiative providing funding to build EV charging stations across the country. It covers up to 80% of infrastructure costs.

Federal NEVI grants cover most costs, and ElectricFish covers the remainder. We earn revenue from charging fees, and you receive a share of that revenue. It’s a structure designed by the federal program.

Yes. MotorTrend stress-tested our Turbo Charge system during their SUV of the Year evaluations in the Mojave Desert. It delivered over 1,100 kWh across 37 sessions in triple-digit heat. We’ve also been validated by Hyundai at their California Proving Grounds.

Minimally. Our Turbo Charge system includes battery storage and only draws about 30 kilowatts from your grid – similar to a few window AC units. Traditional chargers need 150-400 kilowatts and require expensive utility upgrades.

Typically 4-6 weeks from approval. MotorTrend noted in their review that our technology doesn’t require expensive utility upgrades, which is why we can deploy much faster than traditional chargers (12-18 months).

ElectricFish handles all maintenance and repairs at no cost to you. We provide 24/7 monitoring and support.

No. It’s a non-binding statement of interest that allows us to include your location in the NEVI grant application. You’ll review and sign a detailed agreement later if you decide to proceed.
