ElectricFish Turbo Charge Program — SMS/Text Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by ElectricFish Energy, Inc. (“ElectricFish,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) in connection with the Turbo Charge program. These SMS Terms supplement our general Terms of Service. By opting in to receive text messages from ElectricFish, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

ElectricFish operates the Turbo Charge program, which enables gas station owners and operators to host ultra-fast EV chargers at their sites at no cost. When you opt in to SMS communications, you may receive text messages related to:

• Program information and registration links
• Site qualification status and updates
• Installation scheduling and coordination
• Follow-up communications about program participation

2. Consent and Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS from ElectricFish in the following ways:

• During a phone call: By verbally consenting when an ElectricFish representative offers to send you a text message with program information.
• Through our website: By entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on one of our program sign-up pages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from ElectricFish or participating in the Turbo Charge program.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the program. Typically, you will receive no more than 5 text messages per month related to the Turbo Charge program.

4. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may opt in again at any time by signing up again.

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Message and Data Rates

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
